Bruce has an extensive background in Capture strategy, Capture management, and successfully winning large complex deals within the Public Sector at A-Tier companies leading his own direct Captures or leading a team of high performing Capture Managers. He has proven winning Capture success in all deal types including white space, re-competes, incumbent takeaways, single awards, multiple awards, competitive tasks under GWACs, and in being prime or sub (when PWIN demands it). Prior to his current assignment as Capture Director for Federal Civilian Agencies at Perspecta, Inc., Bruce served as Senior Capture Manager and Strategist in HP/HPE's DOD Capture Organization.
