Chapter members, APMP members worldwide, and industry experts are invited to showcase their experiences and expertise at this year’s Mid-Atlantic Conference (MAC), October 2nd at The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center located at National Harbor, Maryland. Submit your ideas for this in-demand speaking opportunity by July 19th and help attendees win U.S. federal, state, and local government contracts.

The MAC is a one-day, in-person event, bringing together proposal and capture practitioners and technology and consulting vendors from across the national capital area and beyond to discuss the latest industry insights, best practices, tools and know-how.

This year’s theme is “It Starts with Us!” and sessions will focus on making the capture and proposal process more efficient, effective and proactive. Fifteen 50-minute sessions will align with three Learning Tracks:

  • Proposal Process Improvement
  • Tools, Technology, and Techniques
  • Capture Best Practices

A mix of lecture, workshop, panel, facilitate discussion, and other innovative formats are encouraged on topics ranging from staying motivated and engaging clients pre-RFP to time management, compliance, win themes, and collaboration. Government contracting is a plus!

A “blind” evaluation, no names, will award presentation slots to secure a diversity of formats, meet the goal of the Learning Tracks and ensure all levels of experience for our target audience. Successful applicants will be notified by August 1st.

Never presented before? The MAC is a great place to foster your professional growth and development and connect with like-minded professionals. Seasoned presenter? The MAC is your next engagement for raising your profile and network with other industry professionals.
