Save the Date: The MAC 2023 is October 2nd
APMP-NCA is excited to announce the annual Mid-Atlantic Conference (MAC) will be held in-person on October 2nd at The Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center located at National Harbor, Maryland. The one-day, in-person event, will bring together proposal and capture practitioners and technology and consulting vendors from across the national capital area and beyond to discuss the latest industry insights, best practices, tools and know-how.
This year’s theme, “It Starts with Us!” is expected to empower attendees to take charge and drive positive change with a full day of keynote and concurrent tracks of lecture, workshop, panel, facilitated discussion and other innovative formats. Throughout the day, attendees will also have a variety of opportunities to network and recruit with a wide range of industry experts and peers. A pre-conference training day, October 1st, is also expected to address attendees APMP accreditation goals.
The MAC has three Learning Tracks: Proposal Process Improvement, Tools, Technology, and Techniques, and Capture Best Practices for a total of fifteen, 50-minute sessions with ample time for questions and discussion. As capture and proposal professionals, the process begins and ends with us, and sessions will focus on how to make the entire process more efficient, effective, and proactive – and help us win U.S. federal, state, and local government contracts.
For MAC Sponsors, the conference is the local industry event for reaching your audience, networking and showcasing your product and service offerings. Whether you’re an industry veteran or new to the industry, this year’s more integrated vendor space will help you boost awareness and stand apart from the competition.
A fun happy hour will round out a full day of breakfast, keynotes, and sessions for an opportunity to reconnect on lessons learned from the day.
