Jeff Leitner leads Red Team Consulting’s consulting operations and provides oversight to both our consultants and clients. Jeff has been working in proposals, capture, and business development for more than 30 years, supporting efforts for a variety of government agencies, including DoD and Civilian agencies. He has provided direct proposal support as a writer, editor, proposal manager, capture manager, and orals coach and has run proposal departments for small, medium, and large companies including Stanley Associates, GDIT, Engility, IRG, Macro Solutions, and Vectrus. He has developed and delivered training on various BD, capture, and proposal topics over the past 15 years. He has been an APMP member since 2008 and has been a presenter at APMP Bid and Proposal Conferences several times over the past 13 years.
