A 40 Under 40 awardee, she has led proposal organizations of more than 30 professionals supporting annual pipelines exceeding $60 billion and more than 180 submissions per year. Marieke has designed and implemented APMP- and Shipley-based proposal processes, including governance, compliance discipline, color team standards, and human-in-the-loop review systems, and has built AI-enabled workflows that reduce editing cycles.
