Description

Work is mostly supporting HHS and experience with healthcare proposals or HHS is a BIG PLUS!
Must work in a team environment with strong knowledge of FEDCiv acquisition/proposal process with a push through "rough waters". Have a strong will.
The candidate needs to have large and small company experience-must be able to thrive in a small company and be comfortable with the lack of big company support.
Experience leading the proposal and writing the proposal/multi-functional
Know FEDCiv proposals and experience with Health agencies.
Must have experience bidding ID/IQ, self-scoring RFPs and Best-In-Class (BIC) acquisitions
Familiar with proposal management/tasks orders/proposal development
Able to interface with SMEs and turn their input into a sales pitch
Experience with BPAs and supporting the response to RFQs
Must be able to talk about previous proposal experience and wins
Candidates do not have to have HHS experience-but it is preferred(especially if at the high end of the salary range.

Interview Process: 1 phone/Teams interview -one other with a team member.

PRISM, Inc. is partnering with our growing government facing client to identify a strong Proposal Writer who has proven experience with HHS. Our client is a mature small business with proven qualifications in providing innovative, enterprise data collection systems in Health IT services and solutions since 2004. Their core portfolio of IT service competencies includes 100+ staff that support enterprise systems development and program management across U.S. Federal, State, and Commercial clients. They are a rapidly growing information technology consulting and services company, providing innovative, high-value, cost-effective solutions to the federal government and private industry.

Responsibilities will include:

The Proposal Writer collaborates with team members to develop compliant, compelling proposals in response to Federal Government solicitations.

Writes and leads technical, management, resume, and/or past performance sections and volumes.

Works as part of a collaborative team to clearly articulate solution and strategy, approach to performing the work, experience, win themes, and discriminators.

Applies communication and interviewing skills to gather needed information from internal and external personnel to support writing activities.

Writes clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections; translates complex ideas into easily understandable text.

The support project team in developing executive-level briefings and presentations

Conduct research and ensure that all RFP instructions are carefully met in all documents and are of high quality and compliant with proposal criteria and guidelines

Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information; collects and communicates risks associated with proposals.

Keep a consistent style and writing standards, ensure technical accuracy, and devotion to documentation standards under tight deadlines

Must strive to develop new and refine existing technical writing processes to enhance quality and productivity

Develops and implements process improvements to help improve proposal quality Qualifications Required Experience/Skills/Attributes:
